I am sure many a men would like to know how to do jelqs rather than define what jelqs or jelqing is.

Jelqing is an ancient technique and refers to the exercises that are perfomed on a partially erect penis to make the erectile tissue grow so that it can hold a laregr qunatity of blood resulting in a longer and thicker penis.

How to Perform Jelqs

A jelq is perfomed by gripping the base of your penis between the index finger and thumb of one hand and running it down the shaft in a slow movement, stopping just before the penis head.
